| Can one sachet cover both lashes and brows in a combo appointment? |
| For most clients, yes — a single sachet contains sufficient product for both services. Clients with particularly dense brows or full lash sets may require a second sachet for one of the areas. | Can I use Profusion timing for Elleebana One Shot services? |
| No. Elleebana One Shot and Elleeplex Profusion have different formulas and different processing times. Always confirm which system you are using before starting your timer. Do not carry One Shot timings into Profusion appointments or vice versa. |
| Is Profusion compatible with Korean lash lift technique? |
| Yes. Elleeplex Profusion is the required system for Korean lash lift — used with Elleemix Powder and the Ultra Flex Flat Shields. One Shot is not compatible with the Korean technique. |
| What do I order when I run out of sachets? |
| Restock with Elleeplex Profusion Refills (10 Shot) — the tools from this kit are reusable and do not need to be replaced. |
