Brow Lamination + Lash Lift Combo: How to Run Both Services at Once

Elleeplex Profusion lash lift and brow lamination combo service on client

Quick Insight

Elleeplex Profusion is the only Elleebana system designed for use on both lashes and brows. A single sachet often contains enough product to cover both services for one client — making the combo not just a time-saver but a cost-saver on product per appointment.

Offering lash lift and brow lamination as a combined service is one of the more straightforward ways to increase appointment value without extending your total chair time proportionally. Because the two services share overlapping processing windows, a skilled artist can run both treatments in sequence during a single block — delivering a complete facial-hair transformation while the chemistry works. Elleeplex Profusion is the product that makes this possible: it is the only Elleebana system formulated to work safely and effectively on both lash and brow hair.

Why Offer Lash Lift + Brow Lamination as a Combo Service

Clients seeking a lash lift are frequently also interested in brow lamination. Both services address the same underlying goal — structured, groomed facial hair that holds a set shape without daily manipulation. When a client books one, they often need the other, and offering them together as a single appointment removes the friction of scheduling two visits.

From a business standpoint, the combo works because processing windows overlap. While Step 1 processes on the lashes, you apply Step 1 to the brows. While Step 2 sets on the lashes, you apply Step 2 to the brows. The total appointment time is not the sum of two individual services — it is closer to the longer of the two, plus a modest buffer for sequencing. That efficiency converts into a higher-ticket service without a proportional increase in your time commitment.

The result is a premium, single-appointment offering that commands a higher price point than either service booked individually. Clients leave with both areas treated, which improves retention and reduces the likelihood of them booking the second service elsewhere.

Why Elleeplex Profusion Is the Right System

Elleeplex Profusion is the only Elleebana product approved for use on both lash and brow hair. This distinction matters operationally: when you stock Profusion, you have one system that covers every step of the combo service without introducing a second product line or separate protocols.

Elleeplex Profusion uses a cysteamine-based formula. Cysteamine works by breaking and reforming the disulfide bonds in the hair cortex, but it does so with less aggressive chemistry than traditional thioglycollic acid (TGA) systems. In practical terms, this means a wider margin for processing across different hair types, and a gentler outcome on finer lash hair that could be over-processed with a stronger formulation.

The sachet format also supports the combo workflow. A single sachet typically contains enough Step 1 and Step 2 product to cover both services for one client. You are not doubling your product cost to run both treatments — you are using the same sachet across two areas, which keeps the combo's cost-per-appointment in check.

Pro Tip

Elleebana One Shot is formulated for lashes only. Never use it on brow hair. Elleeplex Profusion is the correct system for both areas in a combo appointment.

What You Need for the Combo Service

Having your setup complete before the client sits down keeps the workflow tight and ensures you are not searching for supplies mid-processing.

  • Elleeplex Profusion sachets (Step 1 and Step 2) — one sachet typically sufficient for one client across both areas
  • Lash lift shields or rods in appropriate sizes for the client's lash length and curl goal
  • Brow lamination applicators and spoolies
  • Cling film (plastic wrap) for brow lamination processing
  • Micro applicators and disposable brushes for product application
  • Lint-free eye pads or under-eye patches
  • Lash cleanser for the lash bath step
  • Elleeplex aftercare product for post-service conditioning (see Elleeplex retail items)
  • Timer — a reliable one you can reset between steps

Elleeplex Profusion Processing Times

Elleeplex Profusion processes differently from Elleebana One Shot. If you have previously used One Shot, do not carry those timing assumptions into Profusion appointments. The cysteamine formula operates on a different timeline and the flex and set checks — not the clock alone — are what confirm readiness. Use the table below as a starting reference, then verify with manual checks before moving to the next step.

Hair Type Lash Lift — Step 1 Lash Lift — Step 2 Brow Lamination — Step 1 Brow Lamination — Step 2
Fine / Tinted 6–8 min 6–8 min 4–6 min 4–6 min
Medium / Normal 8–10 min 8–10 min 6–8 min 6–8 min
Strong / Coarse 10–12 min 10–12 min 8–10 min 8–10 min

Processing times are a guide only. Always perform flex and set checks.

How to Confirm Readiness

  • Lash flex check (Step 1): Gently lift a few lashes from the shield with a micro applicator. The lash should feel pliable and hold the shield's curve without springing back. If it springs back, it needs more time. If it feels mushy or overly soft, remove immediately.
  • Lash set check (Step 2): After Step 2 has processed, lashes should feel firm and hold the lifted position when the shield is removed. Insufficient set time results in drop.
  • Brow pliability check (Step 1): Lift the cling film and use a spoolie to check whether the brow hairs move and hold direction easily. They should comb into the desired position and stay without resistance. If the hair still feels stiff, allow additional processing time and re-check.

Step-by-Step: The Combined Procedure

The sequencing principle for a combo appointment is lashes first, brows immediately after. You apply Step 1 to the lashes, then move directly to the brows before the lash timer has finished. This overlap is how the processing windows stack — brows finish first, giving you the cue to begin Step 2 on brows while lashes are still in Step 1. The staggered removal and reapplication sequence keeps both areas progressing simultaneously.

Step 1 — Full Prep for Both Areas

  • Cleanse lashes thoroughly with a lash cleanser to remove all traces of oil, makeup, and residue. Dry completely.
  • Cleanse brows in the same pass — remove any brow product, oil, or skin prep residue.
  • Apply under-eye pads and position the client for lash work.
  • Select the appropriate lash shield size based on lash length and the client's desired curl result. Adhere the shield to the eyelid.
  • Adhere lashes to the shield with adhesive, working from the inner corner out. Ensure lashes lie flat with no kinks or crossing hairs.
  • Confirm both areas are prepped and your timer is ready before opening the Profusion sachet.

Step 2 — Apply Step 1 to Lashes, Then Immediately to Brows

Apply Elleeplex Profusion Step 1 to the lashes, covering each lash from root to tip without overloading the shield. Start your lash timer immediately. Without waiting, move to the brows: apply Step 1 to brow hairs, comb them into the desired direction with a spoolie, and cover with cling film. Start your brow timer. Both areas are now in Step 1 simultaneously, with the brow timer running a few minutes behind the lash timer. Monitor both timers and perform your readiness checks before removing.

Step 3 — Remove Step 1, Starting With Brows

Brows will reach their Step 1 processing end point before lashes. When the brow pliability check confirms readiness, remove the cling film and wipe Step 1 from the brow hairs completely with a damp lint-free pad. Once brows are clear, check the lash flex. When lashes pass the flex check, remove Step 1 from lashes using a damp micro applicator or lint-free pad, working carefully around the shield. Do not disturb the lash position on the shield.

Step 4 — Apply Step 2 to Lashes and Brows

Apply Elleeplex Profusion Step 2 to lashes first, then immediately apply Step 2 to brow hairs, re-combing them into position and covering again with cling film. Use the same staggered timer approach as Step 1 — the brow timer starts a few minutes behind the lash timer. When each area's processing check is complete (lash set check, brow pliability check), remove Step 2 from brows first, then from lashes.

Step 5 — Lash Bath, Removal, and Finishing

Once Step 2 is removed from both areas, perform a thorough lash bath: apply lash cleanser to a lint-free pad and gently clean along the lash line to remove any remaining product residue. Carefully slide the lash shield off the eyelid. Comb lashes into their final position with a clean spoolie. For brows, spoolie the hairs into their set position and remove any remaining residue. Apply Elleeplex aftercare to both lashes and brows as the final conditioning step. Review the finished result with the client, confirm aftercare instructions, and provide retail aftercare product.

How to Position the Combo on Your Service Menu

Give the combo a distinct menu name — something like "Lash Lift + Brow Lamination" or "Full-Face Lift" — rather than listing it as two separate add-ons. A named service signals a complete, intentional offering and supports premium pricing. Set the price above your individual service totals to reflect the additional skill and sequencing involved, but position it as a value relative to booking each service separately on different days.

Single-appointment convenience is the primary client-facing benefit: one visit, one recovery window, one aftercare period. Clients with busy schedules respond to this framing. Highlight it in your booking description and during consultations.

Before-and-after imagery converts well for this service because the transformation is visible across the entire face. Capture consistent before images at consultation and after images post-service. These assets support both organic social content and your booking page.

Client Education Points

  • Both services last approximately 6 to 8 weeks, so the maintenance schedule for lashes and brows aligns — clients return for both at the same appointment.
  • Aftercare applies to both areas: keep lashes and brows dry for 24 hours, avoid oil-based products on either area, and use Elleeplex aftercare as directed for conditioning and longevity.
  • If the client waxes or threads their brows, that service should be performed at least 48 hours before the lamination appointment — not after, as chemical processing sensitizes the skin.
  • Neither service requires daily styling product or a curling tool to maintain — the set holds on its own, which is a key selling point for clients who currently spend time on their brow or lash routine every morning.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Elleebana One Shot is formulated for lashes only and must never be applied to brow hair. Using One Shot on brows is outside its intended use and can cause unpredictable results on the coarser brow hair structure. Elleeplex Profusion is the only correct Elleebana system for both lashes and brows in a combo appointment.

Yes, for most clients a single sachet contains sufficient product to cover both services. Clients with particularly dense brows or a full, thick lash set may require a second sachet for one of the areas. Assess your coverage before starting and have a backup sachet available at each combo appointment until you have a sense of your client's typical usage.

Brow hair is generally coarser in structure than lash hair, but the strands are shorter. The cling film applied over brows during processing creates a concentrated, occlusive environment that accelerates product absorption. The combination of shorter hair length, different follicle structure, and the cling film application technique produces a faster processing window compared to lashes on the same client.

Once you are comfortable with the combined workflow, most appointments run 60 to 75 minutes because the processing windows overlap rather than run consecutively. For your first few combined appointments, block 90 minutes. This gives you time to confirm your sequencing, run your processing checks without pressure, and deliver a thorough result without rushing the lash bath and finishing steps.

Yes. Elleeplex Profusion uses a cysteamine-based formula, which is gentler on the hair structure than traditional TGA systems. This makes it well-suited to a range of lash types, including finer lashes that require a more careful approach. Do not carry One Shot timing into Profusion appointments — processing times differ between the two products. Always perform flex and set checks regardless of hair type to confirm readiness before moving to the next step.
