Shipping & Returns FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 1pm PST (Monday – Friday) will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Any issue with your received order must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Any request for a refund must be requested within 5 days of package receipt and on a product that has been unopened and in resalable condition.
In order to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping, please notify Lash Lift Society within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Any notification after 5 days for any of the above mentioned situations will receive no action from Lash Lift Society.

Free Return Labels
Once you have contacted us regarding your return, we will email you a return label.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if a refund will be issued. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show on your statement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lash Lift Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the postal carrier. Please check with your local carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Lash Lift Society lost or stolen packages.
