When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11am PST are usually shipped the same day. While we do our best to get your order out right away, please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. During large sale events, processing times may be slightly delayed.

📦 Every order includes a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse.


What if I need my package by a certain date?

Delivery times are estimates only. Carrier transit times are not guaranteed unless you choose one of the following options at checkout:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Overnight

These services are guaranteed by the carrier, not by Lash Lift Society. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, any delays are beyond our control.


How do I qualify for FREE shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (after discounts).


Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can help.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging.
  • If your order arrived damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days and include photos of the packaging and damaged product.
  • Requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll email you a return label. If the return is not due to damage or our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund processing: After your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lash Lift Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If this happens, please check with your local carrier office.

💡 Tip: To protect your order, consider choosing a shipping option with insurance or adding signature confirmation at checkout.


What if my order says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before they arrive. Please allow 24 hours after a delivery scan. If it still doesn’t show up, contact your local post office/carrier directly, as they can usually help locate the package.
