Lash + Brow Startup Business in a Box: Everything You Need to Start Offering Services

A list of every product you need to start a lash lift, tint and brow lamination business
Quick Insight

You can open a full lash and brow business — traditional lash lifts, Korean lash lifts, brow lamination, and lash and brow tinting — for $627.95 all-in. That single setup performs roughly 25 lifts and laminations plus close to 100 tints.

Most artists think building out a full lash and brow menu means buying a separate kit for every service. It doesn't. With the right combination of products, one startup investment lets you offer every type of lift, brow lamination, and lash and brow tinting for every client — with almost nothing duplicated. This guide breaks down exactly what to buy, what each piece does, the services it unlocks, a starting menu with real prices, the money the setup can produce, and the short list of things you'll actually reorder. This guide is about the products and the business, not the technique.

1. The Short Answer: One Setup, Every Service

You have to start somewhere, so we started with a kit. Elleebana makes two starter kits — one built around Elleebana One Shot and one built around Elleeplex Profusion — and they're put together exactly the same way, with the same tools and components. The only real difference is the Step 1 & 2 lotions inside. We chose the Elleeplex Profusion Starter Kit for one simple reason: those 15 services can cover both Korean lash lifts and brow lamination, so a single kit opens two extra service-menu options right out of the gate. That's the only reason we chose it to begin with — not because it's better than Elleebana One Shot. Both are excellent; they just do different jobs. Add a few targeted pieces around that kit and you've built a menu that can serve almost any client who walks through your door.

Here's the logic, before we get into the itemized list:

  • Elleeplex Profusion handles Korean lash lifts, brow lamination (and can also do traditional lash lifts).
  • Elleebana One Shot handles traditional lash lifts.
  • Belmacil adds lash tinting and brow tinting — the easiest add-on revenue in the business.
  • A complete rod and shield collection (rods, flex shields, hybrid shields and flat shields) means you have the right tools for every lift, lash type and eye shape.
  • The Korean lash lift-specific pieces (Elleemix powder and flat shields) let you offer the Korean lash lift service as its own line.

Because each product does a different job, almost nothing in this kit is repeated or wasted. Every dollar buys a capability you didn't have before.

One setup. Smart products, zero waste. A full service menu — that's a business.

2. What Your Startup Setup Actually Does

Before the price tags, here's what this setup produces in real service capacity — because this is where the math gets exciting:

Service Capacity, Day One
  • 10 traditional lash lifts — fast, consistent and reliable results, with Elleebana One Shot
  • 15 Korean lash lifts and/or brow laminations — any mix you want, all from Elleeplex Profusion
  • ~100 tint applications — lash and brow tints, enough to add a tint to every single service with Belmacil tints

So out of the gate you can perform 25 lift and lamination services — in whatever combination your bookings call for — and add a tint to all of them. That tint capacity is the quiet hero: at roughly $30 to $35 each, tints are nearly pure add-on profit, and you've got close to 100 of them sitting in one little kit.

3. The Lash + Brow Startup Business in a Box - The Bundle

You don't have to piece all of this together yourself — we did it for you. The Lash + Brow Startup Business in a Box - The Bundle is the exact setup in this guide, packaged into one easy add so you're not hunting down every piece separately. The table below shows everything that's inside it, what each piece does, and exactly what it costs — priced from the individual pieces so you can see precisely where your money goes. Prefer to build it up at your own pace? Every item is also sold on its own, so you can add pieces one at a time if that's what works for you.

The indented lines above show exactly what's packed inside each kit and bundle, so you can see every piece you're getting. Almost everything is a single-purpose product, so almost nothing is repeated or wasted. That brings your all-in startup cost to $627.95 — everything you need to open your doors offering the full menu.

Consumable vs. reusable — and the one overlap

Inside the Elleeplex Profusion Starter Kit, your step 1 & 2 lotions, adhesive, makeup remover, and ReGEN are the consumables you'll replenish over time. The flex rod combo pack, precision lifter tool, and flat-tip Elleebrush are reusable — clean and reuse them service after service.

Inside the Belmacil Mini Tint Kit, almost everything is a consumable — the four tint shades, oxydant creme, paper eye shields, protective balm, and remover. Only the Elleepalette and the flat-tip Elleebrush are reusable. Belmacil doesn't use a separate tint remover; the makeup remover does both jobs.

You'll notice the makeup remover and the flat-tip Elleebrush show up in both kits. That's the only overlap in the whole setup, and it's a useful one — a spare brush and a backup remover. Most components are also sold on their own if you ever need just one.

4. Your Sample Service Menu

Here's a sample menu built from the services this setup unlocks, using national-average pricing. Adjust to your own market — but this gives you a realistic starting point and shows how the combos stack into bigger tickets. (The service combos include a $5 add-on discount.)

Service Price
Lash Lift $90
Lash Tint $35
Lash Lift + Tint $120
Brow Lamination $90
Brow Tint $30
Brow Lamination + Tint $115
Korean Lash Lift $120
Korean Lash Lift + Tint $150
Lash + Brow Tint $60
Lash Lift + Brow Lamination $175
Lash Lift + Lash Tint + Brow Lamination + Brow Tint $240

Notice the Korean lash lift sits as its own service line — it's not an upgrade or a fancier version of a traditional lift. It's a separate service for a different client, at its own price point, and it's an additional way to make money on your menu. The same goes for tinting: a quick service that lifts almost every ticket by $25 to $30 with add-on pricing.

5. The Money Math

Let's run the real numbers, because "it pays for itself" means nothing without them. Your all-in investment is $627.95. Here's what the setup can produce before you reorder anything:

What the Setup Can Produce
  • $10 traditional lash lifts at $90 = $900
  • $15 Korean lifts / brow laminations at $90 = $1,350
  • $Add a tint to 20 of those services at $30 = $600 in almost pure profit
  • $Perform the remaining 80 tint services at $30 = $2,400 in almost pure profit

That's roughly $2,850 in revenue from a single $627.95 setup (without the additional $2,400 available in tint revenue) — and that's a conservative read, before you stack any of the higher-ticket combos. Add your remaining tint services and you make $5,250 in revenue.

Your entire startup investment pays itself back in a few services. Everything after that is profit.

Run the most popular combo on your menu — a $175 Lash Lift + Brow Lamination — and your setup covers its own cost in under four appointments. The point isn't the exact figure; it's that the gap between what this costs and what it earns is enormous, and it closes in your first week of bookings.

The Quiet Money-Maker

Adding a tint to services you're already doing is about as close to pure profit as this business gets. The Belmacil Mini Tint kit is $165 and covers around 100 tint applications — it pays for itself in about five tints. After that, every lash tint at $35 or brow tint at $30 is almost all profit: a few minutes added to an appointment you already booked, with pennies of product cost. That one kit can easily produce $3,000 before you ever reorder it. It's the easiest “yes” you can offer and the highest-margin line in your entire service menu.

6. What You Reorder After Your First 25 Services

This is the part most people don't expect. When your startup setup runs low, you don't rebuy the whole thing. You rebuy a short list of consumables and disposables.

After your first 25 services, here's everything you'd restock for your next 20 lash and brow services:

Reorder Covers Cost
Elleeplex Profusion 10-shot 10 Korean lash lifts or brow laminations $60.00
Elleebana One Shot 10-shot 10 traditional lash lifts $60.00
Lift, Tint + Lamination Disposables Bundle 20+ lash lifts, korean lash lifts or brow laminations $44.00
Reorder total Your next 20+ services $164.00

That's about $164 in product to deliver your next 20+ services. At a conservative $90 a service, that's roughly another $1,800 in revenue — and your Belmacil tint and Elleemix are still running on the original setup, so every tint and Korean lift you add on top is almost pure profit.

Pro Tip

You may get more than one service from a single set of Step 1 & 2 lotions. With both Elleebana One Shot and Elleeplex Profusion, if there's enough left, you may be able to use one set for two back-to-back lash lifts. Elleeplex Profusion goes one step further — because it also does brow lamination, you may be able to use one set for a lash lift and a brow lamination done in the same appointment. It's not guaranteed every time — but when it works, it's two services for the cost of one.

What You Don't Reorder — Just Sanitize and Reuse
  • Rods & Shields — flex rods, hybrid shields, flex shields, flat shields
  • Precision lifter tool
  • Flat-tip Elleebrush (×2 — one from each kit)
  • Lift lockers
  • Kidney dish
  • Elleepalette mixing dish

So your ongoing cost is mostly Step 1 & 2 lotions and disposables — a few dollars per service against a $90 to $175 ticket. That's the whole reason this setup is one of the smartest inventory decisions a lash and brow artist can make.

7. Elleebana One Shot: The Speed Tool for Traditional Lifts

A quick word on Elleebana One Shot, because it sits in this setup alongside Elleeplex Profusion and it's worth understanding why both are there.

Elleeplex Profusion can perform traditional lash lifts beautifully — so if you only bought Elleeplex Profusion, you'd still be able to offer them. Elleebana One Shot earns its place for one reason: speed. It's a faster process for a traditional lift, which means more clients in the same day when your book is full of traditional-lift appointments.

So think of Elleebana One Shot as a tool, not a replacement — and not a lesser product. Elleeplex Profusion covers more of your menu because it also does Korean lifts and brow lamination; Elleebana One Shot is built to make your highest-volume traditional lift quicker. Neither is better than the other — they simply cover different parts of your menu. Plenty of artists love traditional lash lifts and Elleebana One Shot lets you do more of them in less time.

8. Where to Go From Here

This setup is your foundation, not your finish line. It's everything you need to open your doors and start offering a full lash and brow service menu — and once you're up and running, there's room to grow. As your books fill and you find your rhythm, you'll start adding specialty and alternate adhesives, refills, additional tools, and retail products you can sell to your clients. That's how a starter setup turns into a real, growing business — one service and one add-on at a time.

A note on training

Everything in this guide is for trained, licensed professionals. Before you offer any of these services, make sure you've completed proper training and that you're meeting your state's licensing and scope-of-practice requirements — they vary by location, so check with your local licensing agency.

New to the Korean lash lift? It's one of the highest-value services on this menu, and it has its own technique. You can get certified through our Elleebana Korean Lash Lift Online Training Course and add it to your menu with confidence.

The pieces are all here — the Elleeplex Profusion Starter Kit, Elleebana One Shot, the Belmacil Mini Tint Kit, the Korean lash lift components, the full rod/shield collection, and the disposables bundle to round it out. Build your setup, set your menu, and start booking.
