What Is Elleebana One Shot

Elleebana One Shot is Elleebana's original lash lift system. The name refers to the single-use sachet format — each kit contains individual sachets for Step 1 and Step 2, ensuring consistent product quality and eliminating cross-contamination between clients.

One Shot uses thioglycolate (TGA) as its active ingredient in Step 1. TGA is a well-established lash lift chemistry that breaks the disulfide bonds in the hair shaft efficiently, allowing the lash to be reshaped around the shield or rod. Because TGA acts quickly, One Shot delivers a relatively fast processing window and performs reliably on clients with thicker, coarser, or more resistant lash textures.

One Shot is a lash lift-only system. If your practice also offers brow lamination, you will need a separate product for that service — One Shot is not formulated for it.

What Is Elleeplex Profusion

Elleeplex Profusion is Elleebana's newer dual system, designed to cover both lash lifting and brow lamination. Like One Shot, it comes in single-use sachets and is cruelty-free, paraben-free, and formaldehyde-free. The formulation difference is where the two systems diverge.

Profusion uses cysteamine hydrochloride (CHC) as its Step 1 active ingredient. CHC is considered a gentler bond-breaking agent compared to TGA. It works more gradually, which means the risk of over-processing — particularly on fine, thin, or previously treated lashes — is reduced. The tradeoff is a longer processing window.

One important prep note: Profusion sachets must be brought to room temperature before application. If your studio is cool or if the product has been stored in a cold environment, allow time for the sachets to warm before beginning the service. Skipping this step can affect processing consistency.

Cysteamine Hydrochloride (CHC) — Profusion

CHC is a newer reducing agent in professional lash chemistry. It works through the same bond-breaking mechanism as TGA but does so more gradually, which lowers the margin for over-processing. For fine or fragile lashes that are at higher risk of damage, the slower action of CHC gives you more control. • You are working on a tight schedule and need the shorter minimum processing window (as low as 2 minutes for very fine lashes, with the faster end of the range helping you complete resistant lashes efficiently)
• The client has a healthy, untreated lash with good structural integrity
• The service is lash lift only — no brow lamination add-on

Choose Profusion when

• The client has fine, thin, or delicate natural lashes where over-processing is a real concern
• The lashes have been previously lifted, tinted, or chemically treated and may already have some structural compromise
• You want the conditioning benefit of combining Step 2 with Elleeplex ReGen
• The service includes brow lamination — Profusion handles both in a single system
• You want added processing control and a longer window to assess lift progress before neutralizing
